Full Desk Recruiting Manager

The FootBridge Companies is hiring a Full Desk Recruiting Manager for permanent placement recruiting in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for direct hire roles using the internal database, job boards, postings, referrals, and social media
• Reach out to candidates to evaluate technical fit, compensation needs, and career goals
• Build and maintain relationships with a network of senior-level professionals in the energy and construction industries
• Identify and research sales opportunities and support new business development through cold calls, messaging, and marketing initiatives
• Manage the full hiring process from both the client and candidate sides, while developing trusted working relationships
• Grow and maintain a consistent pipeline of clients and candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5+ years of experience in an agency setting on the direct hire side
• Strong, confident communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle a high call volume consistently
• Proven record of client development and recruiting success

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
• Commission: uncapped commission plan
