Job Description

Based in Caguas, PR (onsite), the role oversees full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, coordinating staffing needs with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient, professional hiring experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to deliver a consistent, efficient, and high-quality experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reach active and passive candidates using referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital tools.
  • Post openings across job boards, social channels, and events, and participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assist with candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Document recruitment and selection activities for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Maintain current candidate records, databases, and applicant tracking systems, tracking status throughout the process.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Develop, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions.
  • Protect confidentiality of employee information and documentation.
  • Collaborate on retention, training, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Keep recruitment guidelines aligned with regulatory changes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and Puerto Rico labor laws, including equal employment opportunity, discrimination, and hiring policies.
  • Experience managing compliance-focused processes, including ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms).
  • Ability to craft innovative recruitment strategies and enhance employer branding.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent work capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with emphasis on Excel for data analysis and candidate tracking.
  • Discretion handling confidential information.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
