Regional Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
CCR invites you to join as a Regional HR Business Partner, responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, retention strategies, and HR operations across six healthcare centers. This onsite role in Roanoke, Virginia sits at the crossroads between the Director of HR and center HR Managers to align talent strategy with patient care and operational goals. The position carries a salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year and requires a High School Diploma, with a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for six centers, overseeing requisitions, sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
- Collaborate with center HR Managers to design retention strategies, conduct stay interviews, and drive engagement in the first 30, 60, and 90 days after hire.
- Partner with the Director of HR to manage talent acquisition costs, strengthen pipelines, and grow referral programs to reduce reliance on paid job boards.
- Monitor regional metrics such as time-to-fill, 90-day retention, and voluntary turnover, providing data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
- Provide coverage and operational support for HR Manager absences across the region.
- Build HR Manager capability through regular field partnership sessions focused on skill development and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Proven healthcare recruiting experience, with CNA, LPN, and RN placements preferred.
- HR generalist background with the ability to act as a strategic field partner.
- Track record of influencing outcomes and driving adoption without formal authority.
- Strong data orientation with comfort in metrics, cost analysis, and trend reporting.
- Willingness to travel up to 70 percent of the work week within the assigned region.
- Flexible schedule, responsive communication, and nimbleness in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; high school diploma is required.
- Proven success in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
- Experience in Long-Term Care, Senior Living, and/or Clinical/Healthcare HR is required.
