Job Description
Hueman People Solutions is hiring a full-time, remote Recruiting Partner at the PrincetonOne brand supporting Life Sciences accounts. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruiting workflows, aligning with clients and hiring leaders, and maintaining recruiting performance through consistent process execution and reporting.
Location
Jacksonville, FL (remote)
Compensation
USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year based on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure.
Role Summary
The Recruiting Partner manages talent acquisition and recruiting processes for Life Sciences accounts, partners with clients and hiring leaders, and tracks recruiting metrics. The position is responsible for identifying strong candidate matches and ensuring expectations are clearly facilitated throughout recruitment, selection, and hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage talent acquisition and recruiting processes.
- Identify, assess, and recruit potential candidates.
- Ensure the best talent is identified and presented to clients.
- Maintain a recruiting process aligned with the highest quality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Facilitate candidate and hiring manager expectations through recruitment, selection, and hiring.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, including time to fill and offer acceptance rate, among others.
Requirements
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products, Applicant Tracking Systems, and LinkedIn.
- Team player with a highly service-oriented approach, proactive mindset, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adjust recruiting tools and strategies, with recommendations aimed at maximizing productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment; provide constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
Experience and Education
- Minimum experience: 3 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
