What You’ll Do

In this RPO role, you will recruit specialized financial services talent across investment management functions, supporting professional through executive-level hiring. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance, while partnering with hiring managers to shape recruiting and sourcing strategies.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Recruit across Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and Leadership
• Build talent pipelines across Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Financial Services
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates
• Screen candidates, coordinate assessments, and schedule interviews
• Share market intelligence with hiring managers, including talent availability and compensation trends
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and hiring data in ATS platforms
• Meet recruiting metrics and service-level expectations consistently
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience

What You Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Alternative Investments
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related (a plus)

• Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year
