Job Description
Senior HR Generalist role supporting daily HR operations and delivering high-quality HR services across the organization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, partnering with the HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Implement and administer HR policies, programs, and practices across the organization.
- Support HR leadership with payroll processing, benefits administration, workers' compensation, affirmative action, safety, salary administration, environmental compliance, training, public relations, plant tours, monthly reporting, disciplinary action preparation, and internal communications.
- Assist with employee relations and help resolve policy related concerns.
- Carry out candidate screening, review applications and resumes, assess qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, compensation structures, and job evaluation frameworks.
- Participate in salary surveys and sustain HR databases, software, and filing systems.
- Generate HR reports, statistical summaries, and monthly performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training initiatives, employee services, wellness activities, and staffing efforts.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Evidence of leadership capabilities and experience in training.
- Team-oriented and dependable.

- Salary: USD 60,000 - 77,094 per year

- Travel: Local travel to various worksites as needed

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday; extended hours and occasional weekend work may be required
