Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
Job Description
This six month contract role supports BerryDunn's Consulting practices by handling full-cycle recruiting for experienced consulting professionals, primarily partnering with Consulting leaders, with minimal travel and fully remote work within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for seasoned consulting roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill consulting positions.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments to identify candidates who balance experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other innovative sourcing approaches.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process and maintain precise records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
- Represent BerryDunn's culture, values, and employee experience to prospective candidates and highlight available career opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including experience within professional services or consulting organizations.
- Experience recruiting for Medicaid consulting roles is strongly preferred.
- Prior contract or project-based recruiting experience with the ability to learn new businesses quickly and operate independently.
- Proven success partnering with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies for specialized, hard-to-source roles.
- Consultative approach with strong relationship-building and stakeholder-influence capabilities.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience while identifying high-quality talent.
- Proven use of diverse sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, and assessment methods.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and effectiveness working as part of a remote team.

Compensation details
- Hourly rate: USD 50 - 60 per hour. This good-faith estimate reflects the rate at posting; final compensation may be adjusted based on experience, education, or other qualifications.
