Job Description
QXO is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, with a focus on hard-to-fill and senior-level hiring. This role partners closely with hiring managers, supports team development through mentorship, and drives measurable improvements in recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes.
Location and Role Overview
Seattle, WA (onsite). The position is full-cycle in scope, spanning requisition intake through offer. Salary range is USD 130,000 - 155,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer, with emphasis on hard-to-fill and senior-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and share market insights
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and coordinators, sharing best practices and supporting professional development
- Build proactive sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, and innovative search approaches
- Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent pipeline initiatives
- Support employer brand by representing the company at events, networking opportunities, and through industry engagement
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to support decision-making and report progress
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including success with diverse and challenging requisitions
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for improving candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams

- Experience mentoring peers or junior team members
- Experience hiring security engineers and working with IT and ERP systems

To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range of $135,000 - $155,000. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
