Senior Technology Recruiter

The Panther Group Inc is seeking a Senior Technology Recruiter to support remote technology hiring across multiple technical specialties. This role focuses on building reliable talent pipelines, refining sourcing approaches, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to inform recruiting strategy with market insights.

You will conduct talent mapping and research, engage active and passive candidates, and track sourcing performance to ensure the organization can meet current and upcoming technology needs. The position is based remotely within the continental United States, with work scheduled during Eastern Time business hours, and pay up to $55.55 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to technology hiring needs.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with active and passive candidates across multiple technical specialties.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current roles and future opportunities.
• Perform talent mapping and research target companies, relevant talent pools, and emerging technical skills.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring priorities and align sourcing plans.
• Reach candidates using advanced search methods, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, and industry events.
• Lead initial conversations to evaluate candidates’ technical backgrounds, career interests, and fit for opportunities.
• Share recruiting insights on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging skills.
• Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and pipeline progress.
• Assess sourcing tools and practices to improve talent identification and pipeline outcomes.

What you bring

• 8+ years of technology sourcing and recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing talent across several of the following areas: Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevOps, and Architecture.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates in competitive or niche technology markets.
• Strong talent mapping, competitive research, and advanced sourcing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing analytics.
• Ability to advise hiring leaders using talent-market data and insights.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Agency sourcing and recruiting experience is preferred.
