Fuse Staffing is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Skilled Trades Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting for skilled trades and construction-focused roles. This full-time position supports locations across Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio, with an on-site work model and a compensation package that includes base pay plus uncapped commission and performance incentives.

Role Overview

The Skilled Trades Recruiter will recruit, screen, and place candidates for skilled trades and construction positions, including commercial electrical, manufacturing, and industrial opportunities. The role focuses on building reliable candidate pipelines while managing high-volume recruiting activity without compromising candidate quality.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skilled trades, construction, commercial electrical, manufacturing, and industrial roles
Develop and maintain strong pipelines, with emphasis on electricians and other in-demand skilled trades professionals
Manage high-volume recruiting activity while ensuring candidates meet role requirements
Conduct phone interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and job fit
Build lasting candidate relationships and maintain consistent communication through the hiring process
Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and job placements
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
Source talent using job boards, social media, referrals, texting campaigns, community outreach, and creative sourcing strategies
Meet recruiting, placement, and performance goals consistently

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required
Five or more years of recruiting experience preferred
Strongly preferred experience recruiting in skilled trades, commercial construction, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or light industrial markets
Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment
Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
Competitive, self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven work style
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment
Experience using an ATS or staffing software
