Sourcing Recruiter
Job Description
As a Sourcing Recruiter for AWS at Amazon, you will drive candidate-generation strategies in collaboration with clients and hiring teams within a high-visibility, global recruiting organization supporting AWS.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations by applying a clear understanding of return on investment.
- Identify passive candidates and assess fit and motivation beyond simply presenting a role.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews to anticipate hiring manager preferences and achieve strong interview-to-offer ratios.
- Propose recruitment ideas and strategies that support the long-term growth of the company, implement new processes, and refine standard recruiting practices to align with Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to customers.
- Prepare written recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Conduct interviews within the framework of the position specification.
- Screen and interview to assemble an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Collaborate with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best interviewing practices, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume, high-hiring-bar environment.
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

Compensation
Salary: USD 82,700 - 126,100 per year
