Job Description

Join Amazon's Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team in Austin, onsite, as a Sourcing Recruiter. Responsibilities

  • Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent.
  • Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering results.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align hiring plans with organizational goals.
  • Support market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Implement and fine-tune new and existing recruiting processes that support Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience.
  • Work on projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
  • Experience with contact management systems and applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
