Job Description
Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon.com Services LLC within the Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team, onsite in Nashville, Tennessee. The role focuses on building sourcing strategies, partnering with stakeholders, and guiding candidates through an end-to-end process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on Legal and Public Policy Recruiting and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align hiring plans with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and leverage data to generate talent insights that inform hiring strategies.
- Propose recruitment ideas and strategies that support the company’s long-term growth.
- Implement and refine recruiting processes to support Amazon's mission of delivering high-quality results to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Lead and participate in projects aimed at enhancing candidate generation practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience using contact management systems or applicant tracking systems to source, track, and manage candidates.
Compensation
Salary: USD 50,900 - 89,100 per year
