Sr. Recruiter, Enterprise Human Data (IC) - High-Volume GTM, Operations, Finance & Technology Hiring
Job Description
Senior IC recruiter responsible for full-cycle hiring across enterprise divisions in a high-volume environment, based in San Francisco with NYC option, onsite five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for individual-contributor and leadership roles across the enterprise organization, from sourcing and outreach to assessment, offers, and close.
- Recruit across a broad mix of commercial and technical profiles, including Engagement Managers, Strategic Project Leads, Associates, applied AI and code-delivery engineers, account owners, operators, and supporting functions.
- Support hiring across commercial, operations, GTM, finance, business, engineering, applied AI, and other specialized functions as the division scales.
- Lead high-volume sourcing, outbound outreach, candidate calls, pipeline development, interview coordination, offer management, and closing activities.
- Build a strong top-of-funnel through creative outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping, market intelligence, targeted campaigns, events, and proactive channels.
- Partner with leadership, General Managers, Engagement Managers, Account Leads, and other hiring managers to map needs, define profiles, calibrate hiring bars, and advance searches.
- Translate changing business needs into actionable recruiting strategies and adjust priorities, profiles, and requirements accordingly.
- Evaluate candidates from high-growth startups and other high-talent-density organizations with demanding hiring standards.
- Assess candidates for performance potential, trajectory, stability, motivation, adaptability, and fit in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Represent the company as a credible ambassador to senior candidates exploring competitive opportunities in technology and AI markets.
- Clearly communicate mission, business model, growth trajectory, expectations, and employee value proposition while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage fast-moving interview processes and proactively address compensation, competing opportunities, timing, motivation, and closing risks.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate leveling, evidence-based evaluation, and disciplined decision-making.
- Drive same-day debriefs, rapid feedback, expedited offers, and other service-level expectations to attract top talent.
- Build and refine practical recruiting systems while remaining deeply involved in daily execution.
- Track and analyze key funnel metrics such as sourcing, response and conversion rates, pass-through, time in stage, time to fill, source yield, interview-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance, and fill rates; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Collaborate on dashboards, reporting, process automation, and workflow improvements using Ashby and other talent-intelligence tools.
- Help shape the employer brand through candidate campaigns, referrals, events, market engagement, and consistent representation of hiring standards and mission.
- Bring structure and operational rigor to an evolving environment without slowing execution.
- Take ownership of hiring outcomes and uphold high standards of quality, speed, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Requirements
- Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting for both individual-contributor and leadership roles.
- Highly execution-oriented, personally sourcing, outbound outreach, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment with substantial sourcing, outbound outreach, and candidate-call activity.
- Track record of meeting aggressive timelines while maintaining a high talent bar.
- Generalist breadth across commercial, GTM, enterprise sales, account management, operations, finance, business, project leadership, engineering, applied AI, and other corporate functions.
- Familiarity with both commercial and technical hiring, including sales, account management, engineering, and applied AI profiles.
- Not narrowly specialized in one niche; demonstrated success hiring across multiple functions.
- Experience in high-growth startups or high-talent-density companies with rigorous hiring standards.
- Strong sourcing instincts to identify, engage, and close passive candidates.
- Credible and efficient partner for General Managers, Account Leads, hiring managers, and company leadership.
- Ability to build and scale practical hiring systems, define meaningful funnel metrics, and use data to improve outcomes.
- Ability to introduce structure and processes while staying personally involved in daily recruitment activity.
- This role emphasizes execution over strategy, with emphasis on hands-on hiring rather than solely architectural work.
- Strong written and verbal communication, capable of representing a high-growth AI company to senior candidates.
- Proactive, high-motor, outcome-oriented approach with the ability to sustain urgency across multiple searches.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, evolving requirements, and long hours when necessary.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Evidence of stable tenure and sustained impact; occasional short tenure is acceptable, but frequent roles under two years may be a concern.
- Familiarity with Ashby or the ability to quickly adopt new recruiting tools and workflows.
- Commitment to in-person work five days per week in San Francisco or NYC for exceptional candidates.
