Job Description

Based in Los Angeles on-site, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supports recruitment across AEG Worldwide's AEG Presents teams. The role emphasizes optimizing hiring processes, strengthening employer branding, and partnering with hiring leaders to ensure talent aligns with business needs. It also prioritizes building diverse candidate pipelines and delivering a consistently high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle from talent research and sourcing to candidate assessment, management, offer guidance, negotiation, and closing with acceptance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to craft sourcing and hiring strategies that yield quality hires.
  • Provide a positive, consistent candidate experience with proactive communication and engagement throughout the process.
  • Partner with the HR team and fellow AEG Presents Talent Acquisition recruiters to share top internal and external talent, exchange best practices, and drive strategic TA initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on diversity to ensure open roles attract a robust and varied candidate pool.
  • Collaborate with managers and the AEG Compensation team to keep job evaluations, market positioning, and job codes up to date.
  • Cultivate candidate pipelines and map relevant sourcing organizations aligned with anticipated client needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, displays, and targeted events or conferences as needed to proactively source talent.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including retained search firms, sourcing firms, recruiting agencies, pre-employment screening providers, and networks.
  • Engage with global and local organizations to share AEG Presents best practices and bring insights back to the organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related business discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house recruitment.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within the music and entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with internal and external clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to operate with urgency in a dynamic environment and handle ambiguity while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a positive, initiative-driven attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and the capacity to learn required business systems.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.

Payscale

$82,158.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Bonus

This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
