Sr. Technical Recruiter

Sr. Technical Recruiter role at XNRGY Climate Systems focused on full-cycle hiring, technical talent strategy, and pipeline building in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruiting from initial sourcing through successful onboarding
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities and organizational objectives
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal, with a focus on engineering and technical roles
• Source and engage passive candidates using creative approaches such as social media, industry networks, and professional associations
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to create target candidate profiles and role specifications
• Create custom assessment frameworks and interview plans tailored to each position
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to support competitive hiring strategies
• Support hiring decisions with recruiting insights, candidate evaluation expertise, and knowledge of business needs
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience that reinforces XNRGY’s brand and values throughout the process
• Complete thorough evaluations including skills assessment, cultural fit analysis, and reference verification
• Maintain ongoing relationships with strong candidates for future opportunities
• Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality indicators
• Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and improve candidate satisfaction
• Produce regular reports covering pipeline health, hiring progress, and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience in high-paced environments
• Experience recruiting across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal functions
• Proven expertise in multi-channel sourcing, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and passive candidate outreach
• Track record of successfully closing difficult-to-fill technical and engineering roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology platforms
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ at least 4 days per week
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen to understand technical roles and organizational dynamics
• High urgency with a balanced commitment to quality and thoroughness
• Demonstrated integrity, personal accountability, and strong work ethic
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Adaptability and resilience in the face of changing priorities and aggressive timelines
