Staffing Recruiter

Masterson Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time internal Staffing Recruiter to support daily recruiting and staffing operations in Monticello, MN. This onsite role focuses on placing candidates for open orders, coordinating with clients and temporary employees, and maintaining compliant, accurate processes across the staffing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Use discretion to determine candidate placement for each open order and ensure orders are filled on a daily basis.
• Maintain professional communication with Temporary Employees to build rapport, answer questions, and help resolve conflicts.
• Build relationships with Clients by taking orders, providing status reports, monitoring attendance and performance, and addressing conflicts as needed.
• Update the Order Board with new orders received from Clients.
• Attend check-ins and/or complete Got There Calls to monitor Client satisfaction and quality.
• Review attendance and performance daily and administer appropriate coaching or disciplinary action when necessary, in line with Masterson Staffing Solutions Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage the flow of applicants and inquiries at the front counter.
• Answer and resolve incoming phone calls, routing to the Branch Manager when required.
• Administer the Application Process in accordance with state and federal law and Masterson Staffing Solutions Standard Operating Procedures.
• Run E-Verify in compliance with the Department of Homeland Security requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain and update personnel records through complete and accurate data entry of applicant information.

Location and Schedule

Onsite in Monticello, MN.

Full-time position.

Pay

USD 19 to 22 per hour.
