Job Description

Lead end-to-end recruiting as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to drive quality hires using market and workforce insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by understanding business priorities, talent needs, and long-term hiring vision.
  • Use market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to support hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Source, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates for open roles, in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Efficiently fill critical and high-profile positions with top talent while supporting an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Serve as an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team by supporting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with data.
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, managing recruiting intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
  • Proven success partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders to achieve hiring outcomes.
  • Track record of proactive sourcing and engagement through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data and market insights in support of hiring decisions.
  • Experience assessing, interviewing, and presenting candidates while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or service.

Compensation

  • Estimated salary range: USD 80,553 - 90,000 per year
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance

  • Area/Location specific disclosure: Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Phoenix, AZ; Chicago, IL
