Responsibilities
- Enhance the candidate journey by partnering with regional Talent Acquisition teams to provide a consistent, high-touch experience for every applicant
- Support internship hiring, participate in recruiting events, and help foster campus engagement programs
- Source talent for roles across marketing, public relations, HR, IT, finance, and other operational groups
- Coordinate interviews by phone, video, and onsite using Avature Scheduling, working with Studio Coordinators and executive assistants to ensure smooth logistics
- Support external recruitment posts and contribute to strengthening Gensler's employer brand on social channels
- Assist in developing tools and workflows that improve candidate experience and maintain compliance
- Prepare and track offer letters through the approval process
- Support research on competitors, talent pools, and compensation benchmarks
- Coordinate student tours and shadow programs to nurture early talent pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience with the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong commitment to data confidentiality
- Ability to quickly learn new technology; Avature experience is a plus
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Foundational understanding of HR policies and practices
