Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruiter)
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at Home Run Inn supports recruiting operations across our Woodridge, IL sites by delivering a welcoming candidate experience, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and partnering with teams to drive hiring success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview processes across restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and corporate teams to ensure an exceptional candidate journey
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain timely, organized, and friendly communication with applicants
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and sourcing initiatives
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements
- Schedule orientations and onboarding activities; occasionally facilitate new hire orientation
- Help create an outstanding first-day and first-week experience for new teammates
- Maintain candidate records in Paylocity and the recruiting systems
- Track hiring progress and recruiting metrics
- Keep recruiting materials and processes organized and up to date
- Identify opportunities to improve the hiring process
- Assist with employee appreciation events and recognition programs
- Support employee communications and engagement initiatives

Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 to 3 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience using HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems; Paylocity experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
