Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Pacific Seafood is seeking an on-site Talent Acquisition Manager in Clackamas, Oregon to lead recruitment strategy across a multi-state, multi-location organization, partnering with HR, leadership, and hiring managers to build proactive talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an efficient, compliant, high-quality hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including requisition approvals, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, hiring manager briefings, interview strategy, and offers.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to analyze workforce patterns across multiple states and locations, turning insights into sourcing plans, interview approaches, and pipeline goals.
- Design and standardize recruiting workflows, coaching managers and HR teams on interviewing, selection, and compliance, and promote best practices across sites.
- Leverage the ATS to manage requisitions, generate recruitment metrics, monitor funnel health and compensation trends, and recommend improvements to reduce time-to-fill and raise quality of hire.
- Build and continuously develop talent pipelines to meet immediate hiring needs and support long-term workforce planning.
- Use labor market data and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and enhance recruiting effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate event sponsorships, job fairs, and on-site activations to maintain high employer visibility in target demographics and geographies.
- Source candidates through active and passive channels, engaging agencies, recruiters, direct outreach, media, and niche sites to attract qualified professionals and maintain relationships.
- Maintain an innovative social media recruiting approach by staying current with trends, tools, and technologies.
- Provide training for hiring managers and HR teams on effective interviewing and hiring practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Understand candidate needs and close top talent, collaborating with HR representatives and managers to generate and negotiate complex offers.
- Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience and cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates to fill current roles and build future pipelines.
- Maintain EEOC compliance throughout recruitment and hiring processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience managing recruitment efforts in a multi-state, multi-location environment.
- Proven experience leading successful social media recruiting campaigns.
- Ability to travel 15 to 25 percent of the time as required.

What you bring to Pacific Seafood
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in a multi-state, multi-location environment.
- Experience leading successful social media recruiting campaigns.
- Willingness to travel 15-25% of the time.
- Prior recruiting experience in manufacturing, food production, or distribution is preferred.
- Experience using online Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with seasonal hiring.
