Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports Independent Living Systems in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified professionals. This onsite role in Miami, FL focuses on executing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and mission, while working closely with hiring managers to maintain a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement recruitment strategies designed to attract qualified candidates for a range of organizational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and alignment with the organization.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the health care industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Human Resources (examples include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
