Job Description
Oak Hill seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for onsite work in Hartford, CT to lead full-cycle recruitment, build proactive talent pipelines, and collaborate with leaders to strengthen the employer brand across a diverse mix of roles.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for top talent through creative sourcing methods, social media, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Build talent pipelines ahead of job openings to shorten time to fill.
- Recruit for a diverse portfolio of roles including clinical, education, leadership, professional, and high-volume positions.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to craft tailored recruiting strategies and share market insights.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
- Present exceptional candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close hires.
- Represent Oak Hill at career fairs, colleges, networking events, and community organizations.
- Strengthen the employer brand to position Oak Hill as an employer of choice.
- Recommend innovative recruiting tools, technologies, and process improvements to boost hiring success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3β5 years of full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple business lines and managing numerous requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Business acumen with the ability to consult and influence hiring leaders.
- Ability to travel throughout Connecticut for recruiting events and partnerships.
