Talent Acquisition Partner

Join TikTok USDS JV as a Talent Acquisition Partner onsite in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports the Tech and Product teams through full‑cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and close collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment for technical and product roles, including Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers.
• Proactive strategic sourcing to build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, X‑Ray searches, and other channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive experience from outreach to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior TA colleagues to understand role requirements, conduct intake sessions, and calibrate on candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time ATS data and monitor funnel metrics such as outreach, conversion rates, and time‑to‑fill to drive personal and process improvements.
• Support employer branding and TA projects, including university recruiting events, diversity sourcing campaigns, and referral drives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in an agency, high‑tech, or fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing and engaging passive technical or product talent.
• Solid understanding of standard recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized technical sourcing boards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and provide updates to hiring teams.
