Job Description
Sibylline Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on security and intelligence operations. This remote role partners with senior HR leaders to forecast talent needs, craft strategic hiring approaches, and guide the candidate journey from sourcing through interviews while optimizing the applicant tracking system for growth.
Salary for this position is USD 72,500 to 85,000 per year, and the role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three years in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner and business leaders to align talent acquisition plans with Sibylline’s growth objectives and ensure recruitment activities support business success.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies informed by labor market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and survey data to enable organizational expansion.
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and coach stakeholders to uphold core principles and employer reputation.
- Deliver regular updates on open vacancies to HR teams and hiring managers, prioritizing efforts during high-volume recruitment periods.
- Proactively build and maintain social networks, communities, and talent pipelines to source high-quality candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline ATS workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency in screening and pipeline management.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms for comprehensive talent sourcing.
- Use creative sourcing methods, including Boolean search strings and engaging job advertisements, to attract candidates.
- Move away from passive recruiting approaches in favor of proactive, targeted talent identification and engagement strategies.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations on talent attraction, acquisition initiatives, technology, and trends to Senior Leadership and hiring managers.
- Continuously explore and implement new sourcing channels and advertising methods to develop diverse candidate pipelines.
- Adopt best-in-class usage of the evolving talent acquisition technology stack and nurture relationships with external service providers to improve talent matches.
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools to enhance recruiter productivity, improve candidate matching, and reduce manual administrative tasks.
- Represent Sibylline as an ambassador who embodies the company culture and values while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Produce a monthly recruitment metrics report for Senior Leadership, including time to hire and time to fill.

Requirements
- Advanced ATS proficiency with expertise in filtering, pipeline automation, custom fields, reporting dashboards, and configurations.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and comfort with using the Recruiter search function.
- Collaborative approach across stakeholders at all levels with full lifecycle recruiting, backed by analytical, process, and execution capabilities.
- Proven track record of directly sourcing candidates via networking, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Google Scholar, job boards, CRM pools, and x-ray searches.
- Solid IT and configuration skills with an interest in how data and AI can enhance sourcing, outreach drafting, resume summarization, and scheduling.
- Curious, dedicated, and committed to learning from mistakes while delivering high-quality service.
- Interest in people and what motivates them; comfortable engaging with C-level and executive stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Strong experience using Teams, project trackers (Dynamics/Monday), and shared documents for visibility and alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communication, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a delivery-focused environment such as RPO, MSP, in-house, corporate, or agency roles.
- 3+ years of using and building ATS systems, with a preferred background in SmartRecruiters.
- 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar candidate sourcing methods, including Boolean searches and collaborative tech stacks.
- Professional experience working in a virtualized work environment is preferred.
