Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner role in Lockbourne, OH supporting full-cycle recruiting, pipeline development, and compliant hiring.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for talent needs in your assigned area
- Source and maintain candidate pipelines using community partners, schools, networking, job boards, and social media
- Coordinate recruiting marketing efforts with hiring leaders and marketing teams
- Use recruiting tools and technology to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Create and manage requisitions and hiring activities in the applicant tracking system with input from hiring managers
- Ensure employment law compliance, including OFCCP and EEOC
- Build candidate flow through networking by phone, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Source, prescreen, and assess candidates via résumé reviews and interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person)
- Communicate the employer value proposition, job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit for behavioral and technical competencies
- Provide hiring managers updates on candidate status, hiring progress, timelines, and challenges
- Coordinate interview logistics and manage candidate engagement throughout the process
- Track and report recruitment metrics on a weekly basis
- Maintain professional development to stay current with recruiting best practices and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting in warehouse and/or logistics settings
- Proven ability to build pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for sharing complex or new information
- Friendly, effective communication style with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues
- Ability to deliver a world-class candidate experience
- Understanding of business needs and ability to communicate them
- Knowledge of hiring-related legislation: Title VII, PDA, ADEA, ADA, GINA, IRCA, FCRA, OFCCP
