Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
MedSpeed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, field-based operations roles. This position serves as a key point of contact for candidates while partnering with hiring managers to manage pipelines, coordinate selection activities, and support onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume field roles, from sourcing through onboarding, while ensuring alignment with MedSpeed’s mission and culture.
- Collaborate with field hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver recruiting solutions tailored to each area.
- Manage candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system, including accurate recordkeeping, detailed notes, maintaining engagement, and supporting a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate selection processes such as resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling to drive an efficient hiring workflow.
- Proactively source candidates through creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms.
- Partner with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding activities so new hires begin with the support they need.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-energy recruiting team environment.
- Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed to support recruiting growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience, with proven ability to succeed in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies to business goals.
- Energetic, people-centric approach that supports strong first impressions and professional representation of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence across organizational levels.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort contributing across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Proactive mindset with initiative and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Adaptability to change and a service-driven working style suited to multitasking and flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Jobvite preferred. Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.

Compensation
- Salary: USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year
- Discretionary bonus: available

Location and Travel Requirements
This role is onsite in Elmhurst, IL. The candidate must be located in one of the following areas and be willing to visit a MedSpeed hub in their area once a month: New Brunswick, NJ; Eden Prairie, MN; Rochester, MN; Milwaukee, WI; Phoenix, AZ.
