Talent Acquisition Partner

MedSpeed is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, field-based operations roles in Indianapolis, IN (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, managing the process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with field hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, including detailed notes, maintaining momentum, and supporting a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate selection activities such as resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling to keep hiring efficient and seamless.
• Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding, helping each new hire start strong.
• Contribute to a high-energy, supportive recruiting environment by fostering collaboration.
• Step in as needed to take on additional tasks and special projects that support recruiting growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategy with business goals.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred), with quick learning ability for new tools.

Compensation

• USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
