Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruiting while acting as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders. Based onsite in Kalispell, MT, this role focuses on sourcing active and passive candidates, building pipelines for high-demand positions, and strengthening candidate experience through data-informed recruiting strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define recruiting strategies, and develop hiring plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and transition to onboarding.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates using creative, proactive recruiting approaches.
  • Develop pipelines for specialized, high-demand, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a responsive, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Advise leaders on recruiting trends, candidate availability, compensation considerations, and market conditions.
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to assess outcomes, identify challenges, and adjust strategy.
  • Develop and implement recruitment campaigns and talent attraction strategies.
  • Participate in career fairs, community events, networking opportunities, and other talent pipeline activities.
  • Collaborate with HR, onboarding, marketing, and operational leaders to support a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
  • Share ideas to improve Talent Acquisition processes, technology, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Support workforce initiatives and special recruiting projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting processes simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Work Schedule

  • Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
  • Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set based on position requirements and organizational needs and may be adjusted.
