Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruit and place candidates for contract-to-hire and direct hire roles
- Source candidates through Indeed, resumes, referrals, and local recruiting efforts
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates quickly and accurately
- Match candidates to open positions and advance them through the hiring process
- Collaborate closely with account managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage multiple openings concurrently in a fast moving agency environment
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Comfort working with candidates at all levels
- Strong phone, interviewing, and follow-up skills
- A sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to multi-task

Compensation & Schedule
- Base salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
- Monthly commission
- Realistic first-year total compensation: $70,000 – $85,000
- Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Location: In-office (Greenwood)
