Job Description

ENFRA LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to fill roles across craft workers, project managers, superintendents, engineers, estimators, and executives in Metairie, LA, onsite. The role handles all stages of full-cycle recruiting and collaborates with hiring managers to define needs, shape sourcing strategies, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and structure recruiting strategies across corporate and craft/ skilled trade positions and all divisions.
  • Source and recruit candidates for all levels and roles, spanning corporate, craft, and skilled trades.
  • Manage internal and external candidate communications to uphold a solid reputation for ENFRA as an employer.
  • Research and utilize diverse sourcing tools to engage both active and passive job seekers.
  • Support recruitment across multiple markets and new geographical regions as required.
  • Develop sourcing plans and generate weekly management reports to track progress.
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to connect with potential candidates.
  • Learn about ENFRA projects, benefits, and bid opportunities to promote growth and project opportunities.
  • Build relationships to foster ongoing referral networks and qualified candidates.
  • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for each business unit for future needs.
  • Document applicant reviews and feedback in the applicant tracking system and share findings with recruiting/HR staff and the hiring supervisor.
  • Track recruitment KPIs such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience, or 6+ years of corporate recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage recruiting resources including job boards, social media, and web crawlers.
  • Willingness to recruit on a national level for positions across regional offices and multiple project sites.
  • Capability to participate in all recruiting functions from opening through onboarding, including requisition approvals, creating job descriptions and question sets, checking databases, placing ads, qualifying applicants, networking, coordinating interviews, screenings, testing, collecting feedback, and orienting new hires.
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with techniques such as video or panel interviews.
  • Ability to prioritize recruiting needs, adapt to changes, and accept regular feedback.
  • Maintain confidential compensation information and selection decision details.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation; effective verbal and written communication.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry awareness and knowledge of ENFRA's competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties beyond the scope of work when necessary.

  • Experience with UKG
  • Experience recruiting in the construction and/or engineering industries
