Job Description
Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., based in Acton, MA (hybrid) with a salary range of USD 66,030 - 92,440 per year.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent, with a focus on early and mid-career professionals.
- Develops and executes creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to proactively identify high-quality candidates.
- Partners with the business to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives that support growth and broaden representation at all levels.
- Manages the candidate experience by gathering feedback and communicating status to candidates and hiring managers.
- Builds relationships across the region and regularly engages with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective, strategic recruiting plans.
- Maintains collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and align recruiting efforts.
- Ensures a compliant recruiting process for passive candidates while overseeing positions and candidates in the applicant tracking system.
- Reviews processes and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to business demands.
- Employs diverse sourcing channels to attract active and passive candidates, including employee referrals, job boards, the internet, social media, industry and community organizations to build a robust talent pool.
- Stays informed about external marketplace and industry trends and shares actionable recommendations.
- May participate in additional recruitment programs, including diversity efforts, student outreach, immigration considerations, manager training, and related initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships.
- Ability to travel as needed.
