Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role centers on healthcare recruiting, handling full-cycle hiring for certified and licensed professionals within Capstan HR’s client ecosystem. This position emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and delivering consistent, high-quality results for client success.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer acceptance.
• Source proactively, not just screen, using job boards, databases, social platforms, and creative outreach.
• Write compelling job ads that convert and reflect the realities of healthcare work.
• Recruit certified and licensed healthcare professionals (CNA, CHHA, LPN, RN, Med Tech, etc.) as well as non-clinical and professional roles.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and deliver consistent results.
• Operate with precision managing requisitions, pipelines, and communication with clarity and accountability.
• Act as a team-oriented professional who represents Capstan HR with maturity, integrity, and a commitment to client success.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience (clinical or non-clinical).
• Experience recruiting certified and/or licensed healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates, not just screen or coordinate.
• Experience supporting hourly and professional-level roles.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.
• Strong understanding of certified and licensed nurses and therapists.
• Strong writing skills, especially in crafting job ads and outreach messages.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, Zoom/Teams, Office 365, Google Apps, and digital workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying connected to the team.

Pay

$66,267.40 - $79,805.90 per year
