Job Description
Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Nursing) supports Cleveland Clinic’s Ohio market by recruiting for Nursing and Nursing Support roles through full-cycle hiring and candidate pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Support Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives by aligning recruiting activity to quality metrics and organizational goals.
- Partner with teams and departments to reduce vacancy rates by sourcing and hiring quality candidates.
- Execute recruitment plans for assigned areas using innovative and effective strategies to attract highly skilled caregivers.
- Own candidate pipeline progression, including offer support, pre-closing activities, and development of sourcing and pipelining efforts in adherence to SLA.
- Maintain process compliance across the recruitment lifecycle: position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experience, and applicant tracking database management.
- With support from the Talent Acquisition Advisor, provide reporting on recruitment progress, metrics, and pipeline development.
- Create, track, and monitor quality metrics to measure recruiting effectiveness and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, teamwork, and process improvement.
- Participate in Level 1-Tiered Huddle.
- Act as an internal consultant to enterprise managers, providing guidance related to staffing and training and counseling in line with Talent Acquisition and HR Recruitment policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts at events and community activities to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in required systems and technologies to support efficient recruiting operations and compliance.
- Track and prepare timely reports on new caregiver status, including HR appointment readiness, attendance, missing documents, and clearance requirements.
- Provide accurate, timely communication to candidates and new caregivers to support a positive recruitment experience.
- Participate in cross-team collaboration to support organizational initiatives and maintain consistent recruiting practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or related Cleveland Clinic experience, with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generation/innovation, and leveraging networks.
- OR associate degree and 4 years of experience.
- OR high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience.
- Two years of recruitment experience.
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and strong customer service skills.
- Superior organizational and analytic skills with keen attention to detail and quality, plus demonstrated ability to generate and support pragmatic solutions aligned with Cleveland Clinic standards.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, Applicant Tracking System (Workday), CRM, and other recruiting tools and technologies.
- Proven experience handling confidential Human Resources matters.
- Workday experience.
Location and Work Schedule
- Beachwood, OH (hybrid)
- Monday–Friday
- Three days on-site each week

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system; in some roles, travel to other locations, including international travel.

- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including delivering applicable training in person and virtually.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range
- Minimum annual salary: $57,510.00
- Maximum annual salary: $87,697.50
