Job Description
The Talent Recruiter will join Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies' Talent Acquisition team in Northborough, MA on site. This role centers on high-volume phone screenings for non-traditional marketing positions, using a scripted methodology to assess fit and deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an annual salary of USD 52,000 - 55,000.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume phone screenings for candidates applying to non-traditional marketing roles.
- Apply a structured, scripted process to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Evaluate candidate responses to identify key competencies, behaviors, and potential for success in the position, ensuring all interviewees meet qualifications.
- Keep precise, up-to-date records of all candidate interactions in ICIMs, the Applicant Tracking System.
- Clearly communicate the company brand and job requirements to prospective applicants.
- Switch between screening calls, data entry, and real-time updates to candidate statuses as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine screening methods as necessary.
- Deliver a respectful and professional candidate experience, demonstrating empathy throughout every interaction.
Requirements
- Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in phone-based recruiting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to multitask, handling a high volume of calls and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience with ICIMs or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to assess candidates and interpret their responses effectively.
- Comfort with a structured, scripted approach while remaining flexible to individual candidate responses.
- High level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Previous experience recruiting for non-traditional or specialized marketing roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and time management, with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
