Job Description
Onsite Talent Recruiter II in El Monte, CA, with a salary range of USD 75,000 to 87,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle across the parent company and its subsidiaries.
- Partner with department leaders to craft precise job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Develop and implement efficient sourcing strategies aligned with the role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Proactively identify passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
- Support job postings and advertising activities.
- Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics and prepare interview questions and recruitment materials.
- Facilitate interviews with managers, directors, and stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct reference checks on finalists.
- Collaborate during the offer process to determine salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and related terms.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Represent the organization at college career fairs and recruiting sessions as directed by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 3-5 years of ATS experience required; Paycom experience preferred.
- Experience in a Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation ability.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
- Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
