Job Description
Omniforce Solutions is expanding its Seattle footprint and seeks a hands-on Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and business functions. This onsite role focuses on delivering a superior candidate experience, partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to align hiring strategies with evolving business needs, while building robust pipelines in a fast-moving market.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and business functions, handling sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing with a sense of urgency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Business Partners to understand business needs, align on hiring strategies, and drive effective outcomes.
- Develop relationships with business and technology leaders to build credibility and support growth in the Seattle market as the organization expands its brand.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach to build diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Build and manage active pipelines across Engineering, Product Management, and AI-focused roles concurrently, ensuring progress across multiple requisitions.
- Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit; provide clear, structured feedback to hiring teams.
- Coordinate interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, interviewer alignment, debriefs, and maintaining candidate momentum.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with both active and passive candidates to build long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Partner closely with recruiting leadership to ensure process consistency, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader talent acquisition strategies.
- Actively contribute to recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and projects that enhance hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of service and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Practical sourcing experience.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATSs), and candidate management systems (CMSs).
- Experience with cold calling and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to rapid change.
- Strong client service mindset and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with management at all levels.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting ability across technical and business roles.
- Track record of building strategic relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Excellent candidate experience management and communication skills.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, outbound strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid business sense and ability to align recruiting with organizational goals.
- Data-driven approach using ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors) to track pipeline activity and performance.
- High sense of urgency and ownership to close roles.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
