Technical Recruiter

RiVidium Inc. is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support federal and Intelligence Community hiring in Vienna, VA (onsite). This role focuses on building strong pipelines and running full-cycle recruiting for cyber and IT positions, including roles that may require high-level security clearances. What you will do

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for cyber and IT roles across the federal contracting sector and Intelligence Community, including positions requiring high-level security clearances.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future Govcon projects, with emphasis on niche technical skills such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and network security.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, program leads, and other stakeholders to clarify job requirements, timelines, and contract needs.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with government regulations and internal policies, including processes tied to security clearances and labor categories. Maintain accurate applicant status in the ATS.
• Track trends in cyber and IT talent, compensation, and government contracting regulations to improve attraction and retention.

What you bring

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on cyber and IT roles in the Govcon sector.
• In-depth knowledge of government contracting requirements, including FAR/DFARS compliance, labor categories, and security clearance requirements.
• Demonstrated success recruiting candidates with active security clearances (examples include TS/SCI, Secret, Public, DHS).
• Familiarity with cyber and IT terminology, including relevant certifications such as CISSP, CAP, CISM, CEH, and CCNA, plus awareness of emerging federal technologies.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools/sourcing platforms, including Monster, indeed, and ClearanceJob.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Helpful experience

• Experience recruiting for government agencies such as the DoD or NGA, or other Intelligence Community organizations.
• Track record of successfully filling high-priority roles within tight timelines.

Location: Vienna, VA 22182 (onsite)
Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 per year
Experience: Minimum 3 years
