University Relations Lead - Recruiter
Job Description
Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a University Relations Lead - Recruiter to build and run enterprise recruiting programs focused on emerging talent. This onsite role in Dallas, TX helps connect students and early-career candidates with long-term career opportunities, while strengthening Integrity’s employer presence through university partnerships, structured campus engagement, and data-driven hiring decisions.
What you’ll do
You will develop and execute university recruiting and early-career talent strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. Serving as a primary liaison with educational institutions and workforce partners, you will establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, student organizations, military transition offices, and workforce development programs.
- Identify and cultivate target schools and talent sources to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Represent Integrity at career fairs, campus events, networking functions, classroom presentations, and industry conferences.
- Own annual campus engagement plans, recruiting calendars, and hiring strategies that support internship and New-to-Careers goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and People & Culture to strengthen employer branding and campus presence.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for internships, apprenticeship, and New-to-Careers programs.
- Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to forecast talent needs and align recruiting efforts with workforce plans.
- Develop sourcing approaches to attract high-potential students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals.
- Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle to support a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Facilitate interviews, support selection decisions, assist with offer negotiations, and coordinate onboarding.
- Build talent communities and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
- Provide labor market insights, recruiting trends, and talent acquisition recommendations as a trusted advisor.
- Drive continuous improvement focused on recruiting effectiveness, candidate quality, and operational scalability.
- Promote equitable and inclusive recruiting practices across early-career programs.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting funnel metrics such as conversion rates, source effectiveness, diversity outcomes, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
- Produce regular reporting and actionable insights for Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, university partners, and recruiting technology providers.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment regulations, and university partnership requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, technology utilization, and program performance.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting early-career, university, or high-volume hiring initiatives.
- 3+ years managing university recruiting, internship, or emerging talent programs.
- Proven success building and maintaining strategic relationships with universities, community organizations, and workforce development partners.
- Experience planning and executing recruiting events including career fairs, networking programs, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Strong consultative, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management capabilities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
- Experience recruiting within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
