Responsibilities
- Partner with the EVP and VPs to design and execute a strategic HR program spanning national, international, and regional offices
- Translate organizational goals into actionable people strategies aligned with executive priorities
- Lead organization design and structural planning to ensure the organization is positioned to fulfill its mission
- Drive workforce and succession planning, plus long-term talent strategy across the U.S. and Israel
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
- Advance data-informed decision making through HR analytics and workforce metrics
- Model and promote FIDF core values of Integrity, Trust & Transparency, One FIDF, Respect & Dignity, and Accountability
- Design initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and organizational pride
- Prioritize organizational health and psychological safety across teams and geographies
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment to attract mission-aligned talent across levels and locations
- Design and continually improve onboarding programs reflecting FIDF culture from day one
- Ensure consistent hiring practices across U.S. regional offices and the Israel office
- Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to support growth and succession needs
- Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee performance management frameworks and ensure consistent application
- Manage job classification structures and ensure role clarity across levels
- Guide total rewards strategy, including pay bands, salary reviews, and bonus structures
- Ensure compensation is equitable, competitive, and aligned with FIDF’s financial position and mission
- Oversee benefits evaluation, enrollment, and administration to maintain competitive, cost-effective offerings
- Review benefits periodically and optimize programs for both U.S. and Israel-based employees
- Develop and oversee learning and development programs to support growth and organizational capability
- Establish career progression tracks with clear paths for advancement across roles and levels
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted development initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with FIDF’s One FIDF values
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws across the U.S. and international offices
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage the HR management system (HRIS) to enhance data integrity, reporting, and efficiency
- Oversee administrative HR support functions to maintain responsive service across staff
Requirements
- Commitment to FIDF’s mission and values
- 12 to 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive HR role
- Proven success delivering people strategy across a multi-site or geographically distributed organization
- Deep expertise across core HR disciplines: talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, benefits, and HR operations
- Ability to build trust across all levels and influence without formal authority
- Strong business acumen with experience partnering with executive and board-level leadership
- Experience with HR systems audits, HRIS management, and process standardization
- Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

Compensation
Salary range for this role is USD 180,000 to 220,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
