Bilingual Construction Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source critical craft positions, including operators, mechanics, drivers, and laborers.
• Proactively identify passive candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Conduct phone screens for craft candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Schedule in-person interviews with candidates and the HR and Operations teams; communicate schedules and coordinate post-interview feedback.
• Support participation in job fairs, in-house events, and high school or trade school outreach.
• Help move candidates through the interview process by minimizing delays and expediting hiring decisions; update the Applicant Tracking System accurately.
• Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure a smooth candidate to new hire transition.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and align with Allan Myers processes and programs.
• Provide guidance in support of Allan Myers values and standards.
• Perform related duties as assigned; this role is on-site at the regional office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting (or related) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; fluency in written Spanish is essential.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with leadership, candidates, and Operations teams.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new technology systems.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Professional representation of Allan Myers in internal and external interactions.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary

Compensation: USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year.

Location

Fallston, MD, on-site at the regional office.
