The Bilingual Recruiter will drive bilingual talent acquisition initiatives for Workforce Brokers, focusing on planning recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and building pipelines while ensuring compliance and collaboration across departments in an onsite role based in Norcross, GA.

- Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Determine client needs to design a tailored recruitment plan
- Post job advertisements and manage openings
- Screen and evaluate applications
- Conduct initial screening through phone or in-person interviews
- Assess candidates and perform background checks
- Coordinate drug testing where required
- Maintain and update the applicant database as new roles arise
- Collaborate with other departments to secure the best fit for each position
- Uphold professional and ethical standards to serve customers and enhance goodwill and profitability
- Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and relationship-building
- Source candidates via direct outreach, networks, online sourcing, email, blogs, talent mapping, and relationships
- Build and nurture talent pipelines to provide a strong candidate experience
- Ensure screening, hiring, and selection comply with employment laws and regulations
- Follow up with candidates and provide updates on hiring status
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of social media, job boards and outlets to promote Cook Communities and find experienced applicants
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, and email
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
- Strong attention to detail with a high sense of urgency
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Decisive ability to adapt priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work culture
