CDL Driver Recruiter

Reveille Trucking Inc is growing, and we are hiring an experienced Driver Recruiter to help attract and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers. This hybrid role in San Juan, TX focuses on building strong candidate relationships while improving hiring outcomes through consistent outreach, screening, and tracking. The position offers a competitive base salary of USD 45,000 to 100,000 per year, with upside tied to results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
• Advertise open roles on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
• Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
• Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results
• Work closely with operations to understand current hiring needs

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience, with transportation industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
• Ability to build trust and create long-term relationships with drivers
