CDL Driver Recruiter - Flatbed

UE LINE INC is hiring an Office-Only CDL Driver Recruiter (Flatbed) to recruit and close qualified CDL Class A Flatbed and Step-Deck drivers. This role is built for someone who wants strong earning potential and a structured team environment while managing the full recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit CDL Class A Flatbed & Step-Deck drivers.
• Own the recruiting workflow from first contact to hire.
• Develop relationships and confidently present UE LINE to drivers.
• Perform consistent, aggressive follow-up with qualified candidates.
• Pre-qualify candidates based on experience, MVR, and company requirements.
• Clearly explain pay, equipment, home time, and overall expectations.
• Coordinate with Safety and HR during the qualification process.
• Maintain accurate candidate details in Tenstreet and internal systems.

Requirements

• Proven CDL driver recruiting experience.
• Strong background recruiting Flatbed/Step-Deck/Open-Deck drivers.
• Sales, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Competitive, motivated approach focused on results.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and handle follow-up consistently.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and FMCSA hiring requirements.
• Tenstreet experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting CDL Class A Flatbed and/or Step-Deck drivers.
