Contract Recruiter

Worthington Enterprises is expanding its talent acquisition capabilities with a Contract Recruiter responsible for high-volume hiring of hourly manufacturing roles in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role in Columbus, Ohio, emphasizes bilingual candidate experience and strong data-management skills, ensuring smooth pipelines and a quality candidate experience, with a hybrid work option in Worthington, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and hiring data
• Utilize Excel to manage candidate pipelines and reporting
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience in both English and Spanish

Requirements

• Bi-lingual fluency preferred (English and Spanish)
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
