JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate Recruiter to support Corporate Functions. This onsite role in Jersey City, NJ offers a competitive total rewards package, a base salary range of USD 88,350 to 130,000 per year, and a focus on delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for priority roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to attract top talent.

Responsibilities
- Qualify new requisitions, ensuring role details are accurate and job descriptions align with global guidance.
- Lead requirement intake conversations with hiring managers; advise on recruiting strategy, process, controls, and policy considerations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, partnering with sourcing teams as needed.
- Proactively map talent markets, build and maintain candidate pipelines, and serve as a market specialist for assigned client groups.
- Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, thoughtful recommendations.
- Partner with interview scheduling teams to coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, clear feedback, and real-time candidate dispositioning.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, influencing hiring decisions and managing hiring manager and candidate expectations effectively.
- Conduct pre-offer conversations and own end-to-end offer management, including offer negotiation.
- Liaise with hiring managers, HR partners, and Compensation to secure appropriate offer approvals.
- Provide recruiting updates to senior client groups, proactively identify risks, and manage escalations effectively.
- Use recruiting data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform recommendations and improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, either in-house or within a talent acquisition agency.
- Experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple roles, functions, or client groups.
- Experience sourcing and pipelining talent across multiple channels and for a variety of skill sets.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to advise, influence, and build credibility with hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to present recruiting activity, market insights, and hiring updates to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, competing priorities, and escalations appropriately.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader recruiting team.
