Corporate Recruiter

Truity Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and onboarding for a manufacturing environment. This role is a 4 to 6 month, full-time contract based in Oak Creek, WI, with 100% onsite work.

Role Overview

In this position, you will manage recruiting for production and skilled roles, coordinate end-to-end candidate processes, and collaborate closely with operations leaders to maintain ongoing staffing coverage. You will also work with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $35.00 to $43.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruiting for high-volume production and skilled openings
• Partner with operations and shift supervisors to understand and track staffing needs
• Coordinate candidate interviews, pre-employment screening, and onboarding
• Collaborate with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions
• Recruit for skilled and specialized roles
• Attend regular staffing meetings and provide recruiting updates

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; preferably in manufacturing, production, or another high-volume environment
• Experience managing candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with operations leaders
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities
• Experience using an ATS; Paylocity experience is a plus
