Corporate Recruiter

Vertosoft is hiring a hands-on Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized roles across Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offer support, and accepted offer follow-through
• Recruit for technical and specialized roles across Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts, supporting candidates across varying experience levels
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing approaches, interview plans, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates using professional networks, referrals, job boards, direct outreach, and other effective channels
• Screen and assess candidate fit against job requirements; deliver clear recommendations to hiring teams
• Coordinate interview logistics, maintain timely candidate communication, collect feedback, and support offer discussions and closing
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition details in the applicant tracking system and report on search progress
• Represent Vertosoft at recruiting events, including career fairs and campus events, several times per year

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles across functional areas such as Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts
• Ability to source and engage candidates for specialized or senior-level openings when needed
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple searches concurrently
• Comfort using an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools to organize candidates and track hiring activity
• Strong written and verbal communication, along with organization, follow-through, and candidate care
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field (preferred); relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree

Location & Travel

• Leesburg, VA (hybrid) based at Vertosoft’s Leesburg, Virginia office
• Periodic in-person collaboration and recruiting activities
• Travel a few times per year for career fairs, campus events, and related recruiting activities

Compensation

• Salary range: $70,000–$100,000 per year
• Total on-target earnings (OTE) range: $70,000–$100,000
• OTE includes base salary plus target bonus and/or commission, as applicable to the position

Additional Notes

• Experience with career fairs, campus recruiting, or other talent outreach is a plus
• Direct IT recruiting experience is not required
