Location: Twin Falls, ID, with remote work options. Responsibilities
- Assist with posting and advertising open driver roles
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Explain the available driver packages, perks, and benefits
- Collaborate with Operations and Safety and other departments
- Conduct new driver orientations
- Facilitate new hires through the onboarding program
