Driver Recruiter
Job Description
This onsite role in El Paso, TX supports KNM Transport Inc. by managing the full recruitment cycle for professional drivers, building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to advance safety, reliability, and customer service objectives.
Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end recruitment process for professional drivers.
- Identify and attract driver talent to satisfy operational requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Source qualified drivers through proactive search strategies.
- Engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate the onboarding of qualified drivers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or executive recruitment within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Solid negotiation abilities paired with clear communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
Pay
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
